Club House
The Club House is currently available for rental, by residents, on a first come first serve basis. Please note that Club House Rentals include access, but Not Private Access, to the pool area. All qualified community members with an active Pool fob have a right to access the pool any time the pool is in open season, and not closed for maintenance, even during a Club House Rental.

NO CASH IS ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS OR RENTAL FEES.

Deposit and the Rental Fee payments must each be separate and not a combined total.
Deposit made by personal check should be made out to Shoreline Oaks Master Association.
Deposits made by Money Order should be left blank in the “Pay To” line (so that you may use elsewhere when it is returned to you). If you are behind on assessment dues, any deposits that qualify for return will be applied to your overdue balance.
How to check for Club House availability: You DO NOT NEED TO EMAIL. Please move forward with step one, below. Someone will be in contact with you should your desired date have a conflict.
***If your desired rental date is set to occur in less than 14 days, please call Property Management Agent Julie at 361-994-2966 to determine availability on short notice then proceed to How To Reserve.
How to Reserve the Club House for an event:
Residents Only -- Not Available to the Public
1. FILL OUT the form titled “Club House Rental Agreement” indicating your event date and time. You will need to sign-in to your Buildium Resident Center for this form.
2. DROP OFF the completed Club House Rental Agreement form along with the $50 deposit (personal check or money order), to the Office drop slot or the Pacesetter Steel Office at 5034 Holly Road. This will reserve your date, provided it is available!
3. STAND BY, A board member or Property Management Agent will get back to you about the date availability within 10 days. Primary contact is through email or direct message via the email address which you have entered in Buildium Resident Center. Please check your email spam folder frequently. All email from Buildium have a sender name of:
donotreply@managebuilding.com.
Please remember that the Club House is rented on a first come, first serve basis, so the further out you are in reserving your date WITH your signed form & deposit, the more likely that date and time slot is available. If by chance two people have requested the same date and/or have an overlap on rental times, the person who turned in their form and $50 deposit FIRST wins priority, or first pick of time slots. It is possible for two rentals to occur in one day. The board member or PM agent will book a minimum of a 30-minute window between two rentals. If another rental is on the same day, you will be notified.
If by chance your requested date ends up not being available, a board member or agent will inquire with you as to a secondary/alternative date for rental of the facility. If you do not have an alternative date in mind for your event and prefer to seek another venue, your deposit check will be applied to your dues (if you are behind), or returned via option chosen on the Rental Agreement form and the process concludes.
**Club House Rental Fees are not applied to your Buildium Resident Account until the Week of your scheduled rental and are due to be paid in full upon receiving the Club House Keys. Other arrangements can be accommodated on a case by case basis.
POOL
Residents Only -- Not Available to the Public
The neighborhood pool is a popular spot for sunbathing, swimming and social gatherings. The Pool is for the Shoreline Oaks homeowners/residents only and their guests. Owners MUST be present at all times for guest use. Each lot owner is allowed 3 guests at any one time. If more guests are intended the clubhouse would need to be rented. Shoreline Oaks homeowner must present their pool pass/gate fob upon request. No one under the age of 16 allowed without an adult (18 years or older) present.
Pool In-Season: March 1 to November 1
Hours: Daylight Only
(all pool goers must begin to vacate the area upon sunset)
NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK
How to gain Pool Access:
The pool gate has a key fob entry and manual magnetic lock system. Currently, issued key fobs are activated and deactivated yearly, at the start and end of each pool season, to assist with security. New key fobs and re-activation of current fobs is intended for those homeowners who are up-to-date on their HOA dues or are under a Payment Plan Agreement to catch up. All owner pool fobs will be activated when pool season opens, unless an assessment delinquency notice is mailed.
The new pool fob reader eliminates the need for pool registration forms. Pool fobs are provided to occupying owners upon purchase of home, once documentation is received by Property Management from your title company and your Buildium account has been created. However, for non-occupant owners who have tenants/renters a pool registration form will need to be signed by owners and filled-in with all tenant information annually. New pool fobs for non-occupant owners will need to be picked up from the clubhouse by tenants after the pool registration form is filled out, turned in and verified. The cost for replacement fobs is as follows; the first key fob issued is free of charge, the second is $15 and each additional key fob will be $50 per homeowner/not per renter, unless the fob has malfunctioned, You must bring the broken/malfunctioning fob to the office for exchange to avoid the fee.

Please open the DOCUMENTS tab to download/print the Annual Pool Registration Form and Pool Rules. Hard copies of the Pool Registration Form are also stored at the Club House Office Dry Box during pool season.
It's our intention to phase out the use of the office drop-slot over time, and to encourage and create more electronic user friendly methods of processes & procedures. We appreciate your patience as things transition. Owners, once signed in, may submit any form through the Buildium Resident Center website or app via “Create Task” and upload as picture.
For renters, after the homeowner has submitted the Pool Registration form, someone will contact you with regards to your fob activation and/or distribution.
